Tatiana Vernaza studied law and political science at the University of Salamanca (Spain), revalidating her law degree at the Universidad de los Hemisferios (Quito). She has worked at Uría Menéndez (Madrid) and Watson Farley & Williams (Madrid) in the areas of corporate, financial and energy law (renewable energies), where she has advised numerous Spanish and international companies.

He currently specializes in M&A, project development and financing, concessions, commercial law, corporate law, energy law and competition law.
