Hugo Hermosa Bermúdez joined Consulegis Abogados in 2015 as a legal assistant in the Labor Law practice. He is currently an attorney with experience in Business Law, with a focus on labor, corporate, and commercial matters.

Between November 2023 and May 2025, Hugo served in the public sector at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, where he held the positions of Senior Advisor to the Minister, Undersecretary for Rural Lands and Ancestral Territories, and Acting Vice Minister of Rural Development.

Hugo also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from IDE Business School, which allows him to combine legal counsel with a strategic and efficiency-driven business perspective.
