Fabrizio Peralta Díaz has experience in IT law and personal data protection, as well as in labor and corporate law.
He provides advice on the negotiation, structuring and closing of IT contracts of all types with emphasis on the acquisition of hardware and the licensing, development, implementation, and support of banking, commercial, ERP, CRM, and mobile applications software.
He advises companies and organizations in carrying out diagnoses and recommendations related to the treatment of personal data in their different internal processes, as well as in the implementation of codes, policies and other measures related to the implementation of the rules that guarantee the right to privacy.
He intervenes in administrative and judicial labor proceedings, as well as in the negotiation of collective agreements, generally in defense of employers’ interests.
As a member of multidisciplinary teams, he participates in processes of incorporation, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A) of commercial and industrial companies.
