Antonella Vásquez Andrade  is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil. She also holds an LL.M in Competition Law From the prestigious University College London (UCL) in the United Kingdom. She is currently pursuing a Specialization in Economic and Competition Law from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Since 2010, Antonella has been an integral part of Consulegis Abogados, where she has played a crucial role as legal advisor to national and international companies in a wide range of corporate and Antitrust matters. Her experience ranges from the structuring of complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, to major corporate proceedings. She also provides preventive and substantive advice in Competition, ensuring compliance with regulations and the protection of clients’ interests.
